This program is for skilled workers who have possesses foreign work experience and desire to migrate to Canada permanently. Commanding a high language proficiency and having higher academic qualifications may provide you with a better chance of getting selected from the Express Entry pool and receiving an Invitation To Apply (ITA).
There are minimum requirements for work experience, language ability and education for this program and one must meet all these requirements to be eligible for this program.
