The Federal Skilled Trades program is for individuals who desire to become permanent residents based in a skilled trade. Following are the list of skilled occupations that are eligible for this program:

• Industrial, Electrical and Construction trades
• Maintenance & Equipment Operation trades
• Supervisors and technical occupations in natural resources, agriculture and related production
• Processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators
• Chefs and cooks
• Butchers and bakers
